Review Policy

You can submit reviews for items purchased and listed on Hunter Pure Air. We welcome genuine feedback, both positive and negative, so we can continue to improve the shopping experience for all Hunter customers.

Reviews directing customers to outside websites, or containing external links to outside websites, are considered against our policy and will be removed. Multiple negative reviews for the same product from the same customer are considered against our policy and will be removed. Reviews containing profanity or explicit language are considered against our policy and will be removed.

 

How to Leave a Review

  1. Find the product you wish to leave a review for. Find your product by navigating through the main menu or entering a part number into the search bar.
  2. Once on the product page, scroll down to the bottom of the page and find the Customer Reviews section.
  3. Click Write a Review.
  4. Include your name, email, rating, title and description.*
  5. Click Submit Review.
*Your email will NOT be displayed to other customers. This is for internal use to contact customer if there is an issue we can fix.
